We congratulate Dr. Isabelle Ripp most sincerely on receiving the Alavi-Mandell Award, which was presented by the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging for her publication entitled “Integrity of Neurocognitive Networks in Dementing Disorders as Measured with Simultaneous PET/Functional MRI”.
The Alavi-Mandell Award is given to individuals who were the first author of a paper published in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, were trainees at the time the published work was carried out, and made a major contribution to the completion of the work. The award is accompanied by a monetary reward. The aim is to encourage young physicians and scientists to pursue a career in academics and research in nuclear medicine.
